Welcome to Audio Arcade. By purchasing lifetime access or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. License & Commercial Use

Upon purchasing Lifetime Access for ₹499, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use our sounds in your personal and commercial projects. This includes:

YouTube videos (monetization is fully allowed and safe from strikes)
Instagram Reels, TikToks, and other social media
Short films, feature films, and documentaries
Podcasts, radio, and television broadcasts
Video games and mobile apps

2. Restrictions

While you can use the sounds in almost any project, there are strict rules against redistributing the raw assets. You may NOT:

Resell, repackage, or distribute the raw, standalone sound files.
Upload the sounds to other stock audio platforms or libraries.
Share your Audio Arcade account credentials with others. Each lifetime access account is for a single user/creator.

3. Payment & Lifetime Access

Our "Lifetime Access" plan requires a single, one-time payment. There are no recurring subscription fees. "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the Audio Arcade service and website. As long as the website is operational, you will have unrestricted access to download the library.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately at contact@audioarcade.shop.

5. Limitation of Liability

Audio Arcade and its sounds are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall Audio Arcade be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our website or audio files.
