Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at Audio Arcade. However, due to the nature of digital goods, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds and cancellations.

1. Digital Goods Policy

When you purchase Lifetime Access to Audio Arcade, you are immediately granted access to download over 500,000 digital audio files. Because digital files cannot be "returned" once downloaded, all sales are generally considered final and non-refundable.

2. Exceptions for Refunds

We are fair and reasonable. We will issue a full refund under the following exceptional circumstances:

Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally purchased the lifetime access twice, we will refund the duplicate transaction.
Technical Failure: If our system fails to grant you access to the library after payment, and our support team cannot resolve the issue for you within 48 hours of your report.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund based on the exceptions above, please contact our support team within 7 days of your purchase.

Please include your full name, the email address used to make the purchase, and your payment transaction ID or receipt. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 24 to 48 hours.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you have an issue with your payment or access, please contact us first. Filing a fraudulent chargeback or bank dispute will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your Audio Arcade account and a ban from future purchases.
